Job: Materials Management Supply Chain & Logistics

The Digital Marketing manager is responsible for managing the development of all HealthTrust digital marketing activities, providing leadership as well as tactical execution of Web initiatives. Role leads development of a long-term roadmap, identifying strategies for using online marketing channels to drive awareness, leads and visitor/member engagement and communicating the desired marketing and education messages to include:
- Corporate public websites
- Member portals
- Email marketing
- Social media
- Develop digital marketing strategy for HealthTrust that includes website deployment, SEO strategy, social media, member portal development and integration with parent company, Parallon:
- Develop policies and procedures for all tools in conjunction with IT and Parallon
- Establish workflows and governance to proactively manage content across the enterprise
- Ensure all sites and member applications adhere to Web brand standards and platform needs
- Manage website content and portals for all service lines to optimize customer experience
- Leverage Web analytics to optimize and improve effectiveness
- Maintain and enhance site content, leveraging internal subject matter expertise to create an engaging member/prospect experience and promote all service line offerings
- Create multi-touch digital marketing campaigns, generating awareness and leads
- Coordinate activities with marketing counterparts to generate awareness and manage site content
- Develop and manage comprehensive digital communications and education offerings
- Support the design, content management and distribution needs for all member newsletters and announcements to streamline processes and maximize member value
- Develop and administer new intranet, Web style guide, team rooms and other internal resource sites to support internal departmental needs
- Provide technical support for the development and hosting of member and employee education course curriculum
- Manage list extractions, data pulls and segmentation for The Source magazine, trade show and other campaigns, as appropriate
- Develop and implement social media strategy to improve brand awareness and engagement
- Create a best-in-class social media presence, utilizing industry best practices
- Marshall internal resources to coordinate content, develop campaigns and metrics
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree with 7 yrs. experience of progressive responsibility in digital marketing positions requiring development and deployment of websites, CMS, CRM, broadcast email and marketing automation. 3 years management experience. Experience working across all management levels in a highly-matrixed environment.Software expertise:with cross-platform integration experience
