Controller at Portland

Job Description

North American Stamping Group, an international automotive supplier of metal stampings and assemblies with manufacturing facilities in the US, Canada, and Mexico, has an immediate opening for a Controller at one of its Portland, Tennessee manufacturing facilities.

This position will report directly to the NASG CFO and work closely with the current NASG company controller to establish and share best practices in support of the larger organization. The controller is also a member of the plant management team.

Job Requirements

• Successful candidates will have previous controller or assistant controller experience in a tier 1 or tier 2 automotive manufacturing facility.
• This is a hands-on position requiring strong financial, managerial, and cost accounting skills plus the ability to lead a team to provide decision support and financial performance reports in accordance established timelines.
• A degree in accounting is expected and relevant professional certifications highly valued. Experience in FP&A activities is desired.
