Ad Age recentlyincluded usin their Best Places to Work in Marketing and Media list, and we are about to expand our team!We are currently looking for a part-timeMerchandiser to join our innovative, growing company.The Merchandiser will be primarilyresponsible for setting product to planograms; ensuring POP placement; servicing interactives such as troubleshooting/repairing and cleaning; collecting and reporting detailed inventory data; and moving product from the stock room to the sales floor. You will also work closely with retail associates and managers informing them of new product launches, promotions, and procedures. Your ability to work independently, build relationships and maintain strong partnerships with store personnel isvital in achieving the goals of this program.Additionally,the ideal candidate will work with minimal supervision and will be responsible for performing on-going retail merchandising and product awareness services in order to influence consumers and maximize sales of video game products in one of the largest retailers. Individualswill be required to make multiple store visits averaging 8-20 hours per week (total weekly hours will fluctuate significantly).Extra projects or coverage requirements will create minimal extra hours during peak/holiday seasons.The Merchandiserwill:

• Complete multiple store visits averaging 8-20 hrs./wk
• CompleteMonday midnightvisits(15 to20 peryear)to place new release product and/or assist stores with promotional activity
• Completes all administrative duties in accordance with Mosaic client instructions
• Acts as strategic client advisor for store management to enhance retailer relationships
• Have the availability to work Monday through Friday as needed, with a start-time as early as 6AM (no later than 8AM) withrequired completionby 4PM
• Be available EVERY Tuesday- Up to 8 hrs. may be required
• Be available to workEVERY Thursday AND/OR Friday

Please note: Total weekly hours will fluctuate significantly. Though Monday through Friday availability is needed, most work will be completed on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.Holiday / Peak Season / Special Project Work Schedule:

• Same as regular schedule but after Thanksgiving, some weekend work will be required along with minimal extra weekly hours - The day after Thanksgiving and the day after Christmas will be required
• Regular hours resume in January with the exception of on-going special projects that also include minimal extra weekly hours
• Complete periodical Sunday visits to place new release product and/or assist stores with promotional activity

Job Requirements

• Comfortable workingwithminimal supervision
• Capable of setting product to planograms, performing resets, POP placement, inventory counts, and moving product from stock room to sales floor
• Ability to build relationships with store personnel in order to achieve the goals of this program
• Basic comfort level andworking knowledge with setting up electronic components such as video game systems, monitors and DVD players, highly preferred
• Extremely detail-oriented - must have ability to distinguish similar looking product by game titles and box cover designs
• Experience influencing shelf and display allocation decisions by store management
• 24-hour daily access to an IBM compatible computer with an operating system of Windows 2000 or newer, along with internet connectivity, a printer, email, and Internet Explorer (version 6.0 or newer)
• Access to a high speed internet connectionOR wireless network for optimal transfer of data on company issued hand-held device (Highly preferred but not required)
