Duties:

• Supervises, guides and audits day-to-day activities of the store and its employees
• Ensures the store is managed efficiently and professionally all the time
• Trains, guides and delegates responsibilities to staff personal
• Pursues sales growth
• Strives to meet or exceeds daily, weekly and monthly sales plan
• Maintains and enforces company standards in regards to selling, customer services, merchandising, loss prevention and operational activities

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Three years retail experience in a competitive selling environment
• Two years management experience
• Bi-lingual Spanish a plus
