The overall purpose of this position will be assembly of hybrids for automatic lead one and manual lead bond, die attach, and solder.Must have excellent eye to hand dexterity, reading drawing and procedures. Computer skills a plus.Experience in wire bonding equipment; Hughes and Delvotec preferred.Tools and functions needed to perform the job: Microscope, tweezers,ability to operate a machine, Hughes and Delvotec Wire Bonders.

Job Requirements

Experience in assembly of multi- electronic hybrid. Identify and remedy misplacement of wire bonds. Set up and make corrective adjustment. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience in IPC J STD-001, IPC-A-610. ESD Handling Experience preferred. Experience in MIL-STD-38534 preferred.
