Position Description:

Purpose: Provide post-sales, pre-claim policy service and maintenance. Process service requests and respond to customer inquiries and concerns.

Organizational Structure: This is a team environment reporting to a supervisor and team manager.

Performance Objectives:
1. Provide post-sales, pre-claim policy service and maintenance. Process service requests and respond to customer inquiries and concerns.
2. Meet established productivity and quality service standards.
3. Perform moderately complex routine and non-routine customer service transactions.
4. Handle correspondence, and/or telephone calls using AWD and the Customer Service front-end systems (SWB, CSS, 3R) or the administrative system (AGNIS or VFlex) when applicable.
4. Resolve customer or Local Office concerns.
5.Train new employees in the specific duties of the job.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

The Ideal Candidate Should Have:
1. One - two years job related experience is required. Knowledge of products, systems, and functions within the Customer Service department is helpful.
2. Bachelors degree preferred. High school graduate or equivalent required.
3. Advanced interpersonal skills. Ability to interact with other Customer Service employees as well as internal and external customers in a professional manner.
4. Proficient oral and written communication skills.
5. Good PC skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
