NHC Franklin is an 80bed health care center located in Franklin, Tennessee.  We specializein rehabilitation services as well as long term care. This location iscurrently seeking a Registered Nurse. As a Registered Nurse yourresponsibilities would include: Providing quality patient care while alsoproviding leadership and guidance to CNAs to ensure achieving the highestlevel of excellence.  The ideal candidate will havedemonstrated abilities to:

 

· Lead, develop andmotivate CNAs

· Provide excellentpatient care to ensure the highest quality of life

· Work withmultidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care

· Interact effectivelywith patients, customers and fellow partners 

Job Requirements

· Nursing care topatients on specific assignment 

· Leading CNAs toenhance their patient care abilities to ensure customer satisfaction

· Maintaining customersatisfaction through positive interactions with customers.

· Participation withmultidisciplinary team to enhance and maintain quality patient care.

· Communication withphysicians, nurse practitioners and other medical personnel

· Quality and accuratedocumentation skills.
