Job Description

Data Warehouse (DW) team is looking for a Data Quality person to review and analyze data quality problems, propose solutions and participates in the solution implementation.
Data quality may occur at any stage (EDI or other sources, iC, DW..etc.). They are often discovered at the DW level when users run reports or have some questions.

Job Requirements

Soft skills:

• tAbility to listen, ask clarification question, summarize, rephrase and document what the perceived issue is.
• tAbility to investigate with minimum guidance.
• tAble to time box his/her work : research cant last forever and able to stick to dates committed.
• tAbility to present results clearly, explain why this some results are found, why it is problem or why it is not a problem. Diagnose the amplitude of the issue and recommend a solution.
• tBe proactive in proposing solutions to track potential data quality problems.

Technical skills:

• tMust be familiar with healthcare data (Claims, Providers, Enrollment, Eligibility, Financial).
• tNice to have: knowledge of interChange and DW.
• Must know SQL language.
• tData mining : write and execute some queries, summarize results.

EDI/X12 a plus.
