Business Process Analyst at Nashville

Job Description

We are looking for a Business Process Analyst in Nashville, TN.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Facilitate and document JAD sessions with the client to elicit system requirements
Define and document design requirements utilizing the CONTOUR requirements management tool
Produce UML and Business Process Flow diagrams as required
Work closely with the Development and Test team to ensure product developed meets defined requirements
Work as part of a collaborative team with the development team, test team, and implementation team. Work in excess of 40 hours per week is likely at various times throughout the life cycle of the project.

Basic Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:
High School Diploma
5 yrs conducting JAD sessions
5 yrs experience with Technical Writing
5 yrs experience on Software Development projects
Experience with Requirements Management and Defect Tracking tools
Ability to work as a productive team member or independently as needed.
6 yrs of experience will be accepted in lieu of a Bachelors Degree.

Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:
Bachelors Degree
Experience with Medicaid Eligibility Systems
Experience with CMS Federal Reviews
Understanding of systems design and development processes
Understanding of Requirements Tracability and Software testing would be an added bonus.
