What does a NWYC Outside Sales Manager do?

A NWYC Outside Sales Managers are working managers responsible for personal production, training/coaching and development of a outside sales team. Sales teams consist of 5 -10 outside sales representatives. Since 1958, NWYC Outside Sales Managers have continually educated and involved small business owners in We the People through in person cold calling and by utilizing a success-proven sales presentation, including a one-call close process.

• Performance Based Pay with Uncapped Commission opportunity

• 1st year expectations 50k - 100K+

• Long term expectations 150K +

• Override commissions on representative production
