Job Requirements

How You Will Impact the World and How You’ll Grow Your Career:

• Analyze final product quality, some incoming raw materials, in-process product,

• Leadership: QA, improve quality system, ISO 9000, lead auditing for site

• Change Agent: Work with operators and others throughout the plant on changes in technology

• Keep abreast of technological innovation, new processes, piloting, vendors

• Visionary: Improve environmental aspects: Water permitting, Hazardous waste shipments, storm water,

• Strategist: Train others, Technical and persuasive presentations. Coordinate with R&D at another company site.
  

What you need to be successful:

• 5-10+ years experience in specialty chemicals analytical chemistry and some of the following: acid/base titrations, organic titrations, Karl Fischer moisture analysis, GC, Atomic Adsorption, Colorquest XE Color, Spectonic 20, pH

• BA, BS, MS chemistry or highly related disciplines

Reason Position open: Retirement of incumbent

Location:Nashville TN area, easy commute. Also easy from Jackson, TN. New Johnsonville TN, near Waverly, Camden, and Clarksville, TN. Relocation provided.

Total Compensation: Company pays competitive market compensation. You can expect a healthy increase in base pay over where you are now. Bonus. Full benefits.
