Job Description

Medline has an immediate opening for a Textile Sales Representative. We are seeking a dynamic, hard-working, sales representative to join our textile sales team in the Nashville, TN area. This role primarily calls on Hospital laundries, environmental services directors, Materials management and nursing homes. You must be people-oriented with strong inter-personal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships. . The role reports to a field Division Manager.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Calling on health care and commercial laundry facilities within assigned territory;
• Making sales presentations to multiple decision-makers;
• Establishing and nurturing client relationships;
• Developing strong relationships with key decision makers;
• Maintaining existing business and presenting new products;
• Preparing bids and price quotes;

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree required;
• 2 - 5 years outside sales or account management experience required;
• Background in commissioned, tangible product sales required;
• Track record of sales growth and quota attainment;
• Ability to present multiple product lines;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Computer proficiency especially in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
