AUTOMOTIVE DETAIL MANAGER

Manage a team of automotive detailers who will assist the service department with retrieving customers vehicles after check in and after customer has paid and thoroughly clean customer vehicles. Looking for somebody hands-on and experienced to help give the best last impression of our dealership.

Job Dutiesinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned:

• Managing a team of automotive detailers
• Cleaning, waxing, polishing and refurbishing old and new vehicles.
• Using necessary equipment for cleaning and servicing of auto parts.
• Maintaining the standard and quality of service of the organization.
• Supervise and interview up to 12 employees, and two shifts
  
• Understanding and delivering to the specific requirements of the customers.
• Inspecting the vehicles thoroughly
• Maintaining the proper function of all service tools and equipment.
• Reporting any damage to the supervising manager
• Coordinating work with team members.

Job Requirements

• Must have previous management experience
• Knowledge of the detailing process
• Valid drivers license
• Positive attitude
• Must have previous detailing experience
• Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
