LEVENGER, a multi-channel retailer of unique products for the enjoyment of reading and writing is hiring for our Memphis, TN team for the busy retail holiday season. We offer flexible hours including weekends, excellent compensation, plus an incentive program for the following:

CUSTOMER SERVICE SALES REPRESENTATIVES 
 

Responsibilities include assisting telephone customers with product selections, taking catalog orders, entering order information in the computer, and following up on open issues. 

Minimum requirements are excellent data entry and business telephone skills, MS Word, Excel, and Internet. Position requires minimum education of a high school diploma or GED, some college preferred; 90% accuracy data entry;  previous sales experience in a retail or call center environment a plus.

PROFESSIONAL AND CORPORATE REPRESENTATIVE

Responsibilities include contacting corporate and professional customers by telephone, assisting with product selection, and following through to order fulfillment. The candidate must be able to determine and take appropriate actions to establish customer relationships and use analysis and judgment to recognize sales opportunities.You will market and sell  Levenger products and services,  follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from marketing activity; identify and contact sales prospects and other accounts as assigned; generate revenue through outbound calling campaigns to existing business customers as well as business prospects.

Mininum requirements include professional customer service and communication skills, ability to work in MS Word, Excel, and Internet. Sales experience required.  B2B a plus!  Degree or combination of education and related experience preferred.
