Medicare Telemarketing Reps at Brentwood

Job Description

Job Classification: Contract Our client is seeking 6 Medicare Telemarketing Representatives to join their local operations for a large project.On a daily basis these Representatives will make 75-100 outbound calls to Medicare eligible customers in Tennessee who have replied to a direct mail campaign showing an interest in learning more about Medicare options. These agents will respond to leads sent in on a daily basis in targeted TN counties. Calls are made to schedule appointments for a licensed agent to go and sell the proper Medicare plan to these customers.Shifts are 7:30am-4:30pm, 8:00am-5:00pm, and 8:30am-5:30pm.Qualified candidates must have prior call center customer service experience making outbound calls to a targeted audience. Qualified candidates must also have good data entry skills and strong computer knowledge. Prior Medicare experience is also preferred.
