Support Receiving Inspection, In-process and Final inspection for products and /or components in accordance with standard microelectronic procedures derived from IPC 610, MIL-PRF-38534 and MIL-STD-883 Test Methods.All activity will required the use of microscopes, mechanical inspection tools and working in a clean room environment.Will perform monthly area assessments and process audits.Must be able to lift an/or move up to 20 pounds. Must be capable of reading and understanding drawings, applying visual inspection criteria from Company procedures and practices.Must have experience with components (including chip level components), die geometry, mechanical and optical inspection tools.Must be able to read assembly drawings/ procedures and engineering drawings and be able to relate requirements to product inspection.Skills should include understanding and the use of microscopes at magnifications level of 10X to 1000X.EEO/AA/M/F/D/F EmployerJob Requirements
Must have experience in microelectronic inspection techniques using IPC 610 Surface Mount Assembly requirements, MIL-PRF-38534 and MIL-STD-883.Equivalent aerospace training, experience with IPC standards. Minimum five(5) to ten (10) years or related experience required.Must be a U.S. citizen and have a high school diploma or equivalent.Country: USA, State: Tennessee, City: Lewisburg, Company: Teledyne Technologies.
