Job Description
This position will beresponsible for the full life cycle recruitment of clinical associates.
Responsibilities:
* Sourcing and screening both passive and active qualified candidates to include resume mining, cold calling, networking and searches
* Knowledge ofbehavioral interviewing techniques
* Create and manage pipeline strategies for future openings
* Partner and manage external sources to include schools, tradeshows or other events
* Social media recruiting knowledgeto include LinkedIn,Facebook or other sources
* Maintenance and creation of reporting metrics as required
* Ensure Joint Commission standards during the recruiting process to include credentialing requirements
* Assist management with selection and offers to qualified candidates
* Knowledge ofTaleo On Board Recruiting or other applicant tracking systems
A minimum of 25% travel will be required to include some weekends.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years experience recruiting mid to high level healthcare clinicians. Successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to interact with all levels of the organization. Must have strong interpersonal skills and bring a high level of expertise on recruiting very hard to fill positions.
