• Minimum four years office experience in a similar role mandatory
• Knowledge of dental business operations
• Supervisory experience helpful, but not required
• Experience handling insurance claims, billing, and collections
• Ability to understand financial reports/documents
• Excellent customer service and front desk skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong communication skills- Excellent Speech/Diction/Expression
