Job Description

Customer Service Representative

Job Duties

Selected representatives will handle incoming calls to assist prospective membership with
-Information and enrollment questions,
-Product lines and benefits, and
-Sales processes during peak call times.
As the membership is comprised of a primarily senior population, sensitivity to senior concerns is important.

Requirements

Tests will be administered to evaluate the skill level of the following requirements:

1.A strong competency in customer service with ability to listen, research, answer and record conversations simultaneously is required.
2.An above-average keyboarding skill-set is also necessary to fulfill the requirements of this position.
3.The ability to quickly and easily navigate in Windows-based environment is essential.

The following are also pre-requisites for these positions:

-1+ years of Call Center experience
-Favorable employment references,
-Able to commit to the length of assignment.

Schedule Requirements

Schedule will be approximately 40 hours per week but will be a combination and rotation of
-Days,
-Evenings and
-Weekends.
Overtime may be mandatory during October, November, and December. Must be available to work between 8am-9pm.
A candidate-s availability for days, evenings and weekends is a condition for this position. Holidays may appear in the schedule as needs require.

Training

The training will be conducted during traditional business hours Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm. A quick grasp of systems and products will be essential to the successful completion of the training program and continuation of the assignment.

Compensation

Hourly pay rates of $12/hour are offered to employees who meet the hard and soft skill requirements and the flexibility noted above.
