Y12 Site Occupational Medicine Director Responsible for medical oversighl and administrative management o( the Y-12 Occupational Health Services (OHS) program at the Y-12 National Security Complex in Oak Ridge, TN. Responsible for medical certification, qualification and surveillance and other fitness for duty evaluations; consults with management, IH, HP, Benefits, Legal and others. Serves as medical officer for the Y-12 Fire Department EMS; Medical Review Officer (MRO); provides medical over-sight for staff of 33 comprising MD,PA,NP,RN,PhD psych,lab,x-ray clerical and others. Requirements: Requires Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy from accredited institution. Board certification/eligibility in preventive/occupational medicine preferred but not required. Must have at least ten (10) years experience in the practice of medicine including five (5) years in occupational medicine and license to practice medicine in Tennessee.
