We are growing rapidly and looking for talented employees to move up within the company! Multiband is seeking a reliable, professional individual to be a Field Manager in the South Region. The Field Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations activity of service and installation work within his/her assigned region. Ensuring that the assigned work is completed to the standards, goals and metrics set forth by Multiband and our customers.

Duties:

• Manages and reports operational activities to maximize their efficiency, productivity, quality and safety.
• Ensures achievement of operational performance metrics and goals.
• Initiate and maintain relationships with quality subcontracting partners across the assigned region.
• Communicates performance and activities to Site Operations Managers, Site Market Managers, Contractor Principals and/or other designated personnel.
• Manages the activities of the assigned supervisor(s) and/or technicians(s); including daily activities, goals, and staff meetings.
• Accountable for appropriate equipment usage and proper consumption.
• Interpret and share operational reports to help set actionable goals.
• Will interact with customers on an as needed basis.
• Provides technical support to employee/contractor technicians.
• Interface with customer representatives on an as needed basis.
• Oversees the staff size, recruitment and training of Production Technicians possessing the appropriate skills.
• Regularly interfaces with the Director to communicate performance, needs and departmental updates.
• Develop Associates through effective communication and leadership skills.
• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
• Some travel may be required.
• Other duties as assigned.
