Truck Driver, Class B CDL Owner Operator for Local Pick Up and Delivery and Hotshot Lanes at Nashville

Job Description

Nashville, TN (BNA) Straight Truck

Schedule:Monday to Friday (Hot Shot runs available over the weekend too!)

Route:Driver will run for the terminal locally (pick-up and delivery) based out of Nashville, TN (BNA). Home every night! This position entails using manual logs. Expect about 1,125 miles per week. Start time is usually 9 AM. Driver will either run 65 nth into Bowling Green KY, or 40 East into the Lebanon / Mt. Juliet area.

Pay:Projected revenue per week = $1,500 - $1,800 gross + Fuel. Earnings are based off of a percentage of the revenue of the bills delivered. Comdata card is issued for fuel(great fuel discounts). There is also a$500 Sign On Bonus(Paid two weeks after start date guaranteed).Towne Air Freight covers the cost of scales & tolls EZ Pass will be issued(free of charge). Fuel Surcharge paid on loaded & empty miles.

Job Requirements

At least 1 year of experience

At least 23 years of age

CDL-B(Hazmat Preferred, but not mandatory)

MUST currently own or be leasing your own truck(Equipment must be a straight truck 24 to 26 with a Lift Gate)

Should live in close proximity to the Nashville, TN terminal(within 60 miles)

No major accidents nor violations within the last 36 months on your record (A full list of driver requirements can be viewed on the application)
