Job Description:
Now seeking a highly experienced Account Director to assist in managing our most long-standing client relationships. The right candidate will have extensive digital account experience at a mid-sized advertising agency (50-200). You should be familiar with the creative process and comfortable managing campaigns involving branding, websites, mobile apps, digital direct media, content marketing, PPC, and texting programs. Responsibilities:
- Manage critical client relationships
- Provide visionary strategic leadership for your accounts
- Serve as primary client contact
- Lead digital strategy development and branding programs
- Plan and coordinate comprehensive digital and branding campaigns
- Monitor results and analytics weekly on digital and tradtional projects and campaigns
- Develop A/B tests and fine-tune results
- Organize and lead creative briefing meetings, collaborating with designers, developers, UX, technical directors, data analysts, communications specialists and the creative team leads
- Compose and deliver all internal communications, including job starters, change orders, creative briefs, media plan requests, buy auths, and timelines
- Review monthly billing to ensure accuracy among all client project estimates
- Develop and present monthly budget recaps
- Create accurate income forecasts and projections
- Contribute to new business development and make a noted impact on accounts won for your group
- Protect and build the agencys stellar relationship with clients in your group
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years experience as a Senior Account Group Director/Supervisor at a digital agency or digital/advertising agency with 50 to 200 employees.
- Demonstrable expertise in digital marketing, including content marketing, digital-direct, websites, texting programs, apps and mobile
- B.A. minimum in Marketing, Advertising, or Public Relations
- MBA desired and much preferred
- Corporate marketing experience helpful ONLY if candidate also has minimum agency experience as noted above
