Job Classification: Contract Qualifications- Demonstrated knowledge and working experience with motors and conveyor systems- Ability to read electrical and mechanical blueprints and schematic diagrams- Ability to read and comprehend technical operating, and maintenance and repair manuals- Knowledgeable in the procedures and safety measures utilized in electro mechanical repairs and maintenance- Requires self-starter with high level of motivation- Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills and ability to quickly understand processes- Proven organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to meet deadlines and complete all projects in a timely manner- Requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate in a confident and professional manner with both internal and external customers, vendors and suppliers- Ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information- Ability to work independently while following established policies and procedures.- Ability to support team members in furthering departmental goals through open and honest communication, promoting team interests over self interest
