Job Description

Provision of nursing services in accordance with applicable state licensure status, and in compliance with agency policies and procedures, applicable health care standards, and governmental laws and regulations. These services are performed in accordance with the physicians orders and under the direction and supervision of an RN or Director of Patient Services.Administers skilled nursing care with appropriate documentation, under the supervision of a registered nurse and the physician directed plan of treatment.The Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) supplements the nursing care needs of the client as provided by the Registered Nurse.

Job Requirements

Education:Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed vocational Nurse in the State of PracticeExperience:Minimum of one year clinical experience in the hospital setting and 2 years home healthcare nursing experience also required.Licenses/Certificates:Must have reliable transportation, current drivers license, and proof of current auto insurance. Possess current CPR license. Current LPN/LVN license in state of practice.
