Job Classification: Direct Hire Aerotek Professional Services is currently hiring qualified Enrollment Associates for our client, a large health care company, in the Metro Center in Nashville, TN.The Enrollment Associate is responsible for determining plan eligibility and enrolling members within CMS regulatory guidance. They will be keying in data from Medicare enrollment applications as well as process plan changes, cancellations, terminations and involuntary disenrollments within CMS regulatory guidance. They will also maintain member demographic information and research and respond to eligibility inquiries. They must ensure all enrollment eligibility is reconciled and maintained in accordance with CMS, SOX, HIPAA, Internal Audit, and Company, and departmental guidelines, requirements, regulations, policies, and procedures. Candidates must have strong data entry and typing skills. Candidates with Healthcare and Medicare experience are preferred. Candidates must be available to work anywhere from 7am to 7pm.
