Regional Outside Sales Professionals

TLO is currently searching for talented, tenacious and ethical outside sales professionals to join our world-class sales team in signing up enthusiastic customers who are eager to use our powerful online investigative system product. These sales positions will be responsible for prospecting, establishing, maintaining, and expanding relationships with priority accounts in the Collections Industry.

These are home-based positions and will require extensive travel.

Job Requirements


  • 5+ years successful outside sales experiencewithin the software or other technology industry.
  • Collections industry sales experience
  • Willingness to travel 80%+
  • Tremendous ability to efficiently and courteously address customer needs and close sales in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
  • Possess and exhibit unquestionably high-levels of integrity, ethical behavior, and professional maturity.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate intelligently and succinctly both verbally and in writing.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with on-line meeting software and lead generation software is a plus.
  • Possess a great deal of common sense
