Job Classification: Contract Our client, a plastic products manufacturer in Springfield, TN, is seeking a Plastic Injection Molding Setup Technician. This person will be responsible for the set-up and maintenance of various Injection Molding Machines. On a day-to-day basis, this person will be responsible for following both written and verbal instructions; performing set-up of machinery to certain specifications and inspecting finished products to ensure high quality. Other job duties will also be assigned as needed in order to assist the overall success of the company.To be qualified for this position, individuals should possess at least two years of experience as an Injection Molding Machine Setup Technician, preferably within a manufacturing setting. Strong mechanical skills are also required. This position is scheduled to be a 6 month contract with the possibility of becoming a permanent employee. This is an immediate opening.
