Job Description:

A leading marketing communications firm who provides research, strategic, creative and digital services for many Fortune 100 clients on a national scale is seeking a senior-level account manager to lead and manage a critical group of clients. Having been in business for over 20 years and focused on the sustainability sector for the past ten, we have positioned and proven ourselves as a thought leader in the space.

Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic marketing communications efforts
• Oversee execution of marketing directives to ensure high-quality, efficient work that exceeds client expectations
• Think big-picture but dont lose sight of the details
• Develop and move forward with plans in spite of ambiguity
• Lead and direct a team of account/project managers
• Proficiently manage financial projections and operate within budget
• Instill confidence to clients and organically grow the business

Requirements:

• 10+ years experience within a marketing communications firm or full service advertising agency
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or other business-related field
• Have impeccable verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with B2B marketing, building products, energy efficiency and/or environmental sustainability is a plus
• Be incredibly smart, efficient and driven to lead
