Job ResponsibilitiesKnowledge of the general operations of each department within the hotel and how they work together to achieve business objectives and meet guest expectations.
Supports revenue and cost objections by revenue generation and cost control using all applicable marketing and planning tools that maximize return to the hotel
Aims to meet or exceed budgeted Gross Operating Profit

The General Manager works under the direction of the Regional Director of Operations. His or her responsibilities include the completion of various tasks in order to ensure that the following duties are completed effectively: Guest Satisfaction, revenue generation and cost control, daily duties, duties completed as needed, scheduling (including GM & other employees), supervision & monitoring, and leadership & individual effectiveness.
