Classification: Billing Clerk

Compensation: $12.35 to $13.00 per hour

Accounting Clerk needed for Southeast Memphis client to cover the front desk and assist with invoicing, billing and general office duties as needed on a temporary to possible full time basis. Duties will include: answering the phone, processing/mailing invoices, billing, order entry, opening and distributing mail, and obtaining certificates of insurance for vendors.

Job Requirements

Must have 3+ years general office experience to include data entry, billing and invoicing. Must have proficiency with Excel and Word. Prior switchboard experience is required.
