Job Classification: Contract Our client is seeking a Call Center Operations Specialist/Trainer to support the on-going build out of their service center as they bring in more operating divisions. This person will be responsible for creating the customer service documentation scripts used by the team to answer various payroll questions that come in from internal employees. This will require the person to come up to speed quickly on the environment and understand what the top issues faced in the Service Center are on a daily basis. This role will also train the helpdesk team on the use of these scripts.The qualified candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience working on call center projects with an emphasis on training, documentation, as well as process improvement.This is not a call center support position rather someone skilled in call center operations.
