Pomeroy is a national IT Infrastructure Services firm and we are looking for Senior PC Technician Specialists with leadership ability for a migration project at one of our client companies. This is a long-term project going to August 2014 in Memphis, TN, performing a Windows 7 Migration, Deployment, and related technical services.

Job Requirements

Candidates should have strong Windows PC, Desktop, and Laptop support experience, capable of successfully migrating PCs to Windows 7. Candidates with past migration experience, configuration, hardware/software installation and support, and deployment skill should apply.

Other Skills

• Diagnose and fix desktops, laptops & printers
• Strong documentation skills of work performed
• Maintain paperwork, concerning Work Orders
• Ability to diagnose and fix windows based units
• Ability to achieve other certifications
• Active Directory
• Supervise other PC Technicians
• Strong Customer Service and Client Facing skills
