Seasonal Customer Service Position
Position Summary:
Provide outstanding customer service to pharmacy staff, health plan sponsors, members, and consumers by responding to and resolving phone inquiries related to benefit information, claims adjudication, eligibility verification, prior authorization, and other PBM functions. Ideal candidate is mature, career oriented and focused on professional and personal development.
Seasonal Position starting 12/2/13- 3/31/14 (based on business needs)
NO WEEKENDS
Monday Friday $10.50/ hour $11.00/ hour after 6:00pm
*Receive $250.00 upon completions of the assignment (must have perfect attendance)
Position Requirements:
A minimum of up to 1 year of recent Customer Service or Call Center experience in the last 3 years.
High School Diploma or GED.
Excellent verbal, written, listening and problem solving skills Working knowledge of Microsoft applications - computer literacyand proficient data entry skills.
Demonstrate strong customer service orientation that is SMART Stainable, Measurable, Accurate, Reliable and Timely.
Following shifts are available: Monday - Friday
8:00am-10:00am till 7:00pm/ 12:30pm-2:30pm till 12:00am
Overtime will be required periodically determined by business needs.
Must be able to provide three professional references of persons who have knowledge of your previous work performance and all applicable contact information during the prescreening process to be eligible. Submit to Background screening.
Business Casual dress attire required. Dress code will be provided.
Demonstrate the ability to consistently appear for work on time,followdirectionsfrom a supervisor, interact well with co-workers, understand and follow posted work rules and procedures, comply with corporate policies, goals and objectives, accept constructive criticism, establish and meet goals and objectives, and exhibit initiative and commitment when fulfilling duties.
Additional Skills desired:
1 - 2 years of Healthcare Customer Service or Call Center Experience in the last 3 years.
Active Pharmacy Technician License (Proof of active PT license will be required)

Environment, Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to perform light hand activity work at a computer/telephone station in an office environment. Position is primarily sedentary. May stretch or stand at workstation for short periods at employees option, as long as such activity does not detract from the employees work, or interfere with other employees.
