Responsibilities
Customer Financial Services (CFS) 800 Line - Representative Franklin
In this position, you would work in a fast-paced, intense, results-oriented call center environment. Your main responsibilities would be to handle heavy inbound and outbound customer calls for accounts that are 30, 60, 90-plus days past due in order to identify and resolve outstanding issues for account rehabilitation and suspension prevention. This role requires the utilization of systems ACSS and CACS for initiating reconnections/suspensions and processing post dated and real time payments.
Our representatives work in a fast paced, intense and team oriented environment. Each representative handles 100+ inbound and outbound calls per day.
Our call center hours are 7:00 a.m. 9:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday and 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, closed on Sundays. Schedules are based on a shift-bid process and update twice annually. Holidays may be required and overtime is offered on a volunteer basis based on the needs of the business.
Job Requirements
/b>Potential Candidates Qualifications:
- Associates degree or equivalent work experience
- Call center, customer service or collections experience preferred
- Knowledge of company systems, including but not limited to: ACCSS and CACS
- Ability to handle escalated calls and demonstrate strong negotiation, analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work with internal/external customers; listening, sharing information and troubleshooting their issues.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Be comfortable multi-tasking; using a computer terminal to gather and research information
- Ability to work any shift between 7am 9pm, Monday thru Friday and Saturday 7am-4pm.
