Onsite Client Support Specialist at Nashville

As an Onsite Client Support Specialist for our client in Nashville, TN you will be responsible for providing confidential on-site support to assigned clients, including working through detailed requests and customer disputes in an accurate and timely manner while adhering to standards as established by Company policy; act as a company liaison between client and Company; run monthly reports and rectify discrepancies, bringing to supervisors attention anything out of employees control and resolving issues as directed.

Job Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education
* High school diploma or GED required

Experience
* Minimum one year experience in customer service, clerical, reception, or related field required
* Experience in Medical posting or insurance environment preferred

Other
* Basic knowledge of MSWord, Excel, and Outlook required
* Knowledge of Medical software preferred
