Job Classification: Contract TEKsystems is looking for a technical Business Analyst for a large enterprise wide project to help with the efforts for ICD 2014 compliance. The Business Analysts chief role is helping the business assess and implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of the project, and communicating them clearly to all stakeholders, facilitators and partners. Position Expectations: - Has knowledge of professional fee physician coding - Defines business requirements - Gathers, refines, organizes and analyzes business requirements - Gathers, analyzes and summarizes information regarding business planning, trended future requirements, government requirements, and operating forecasts. - Conducts Cost/Benefit analysis - Creates, coordinates and maintains documentation and communications of the requirements to all stakeholders - Has excellent written and verbal skills, including technical writing skills - Assists with building the business case - Executes work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. - Facilitates team and client meetings effectively and regularly - Maintains business confidence and protects the operation by keeping information confidential - Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends - Has thorough knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office Suite - Knowledge of OptumInsight Pro Fee Coding a plus Join TEKsystems and get your career on the fast track.
