Job Requirements

How You Will Impact the World and How You’ll Grow Your Career:

• Recommend corporate transactions (mergers, acquisitions, ventures, partnerships) that lead to growth in revenue, EPS, etc.

• Strategist: Create development of business models, financial valuations, operations plans for transactions, including detailed financial modeling

• Leadership: Leads organizational plans to achieve growth via acquisitions and mergers, and related activities.

• Change Agent: Organize and manage due diligence and integration teams

• Visionary: Partner with internal and external legal and financial resources
  
  

What you need to be successful:

• 5+ years experience in corporate M&A, business development, financial analysis in a publicly-owned manufacturing firms

• Experience: lean enterprise, six sigma, total productive maintenance

• Expertise: global markets and cultures

• Track record of leadership in achieving profitable business growth

• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering or highly related fields. MBA, CPA a plus.

Total Compensation: Base salary. Annual incentive-based bonus plan. Long-term equity incentive plan. Full benefits.
