(WIMC) is hiring in itsKnoxville, TN office.TheKnoxville office has an excellent opportunity available for someone who is interested in learning about the Real Estate Owned (REO) and Residential Mortgage industry.This is an entry level opportunity and management is willing to train the right person.Previous sales experience desired.This full time employment opportunity offers a competitive salary, auto allowance, 401k match, benefits package and a performance based incentive program. Job Responsibilities: Perform property valuations to assist in determining best action for mortgage accounts. Manage and Market an inventory of REO properties in your geographical area from the field. Recommend and Execute a marketing plan for properties including setting initial list price. Contracts for and oversees repairs / maintenance / improvements of properties for sale. Builds and maintains a customer base. Assists customers through the in house credit underwriting process. Schedules and Conducts Real Estate closings. Qualifications: Responsibility, accountability, creativity, flexibility & ability to perform with limited supervision. Ability to communicate with customers in a manner which exudes self confidence. Strong Organizational, Time Management and Follow Up skills. Demonstrate the ability to put forth the effort required to achieve excellent results. Travel Expectation This position requires candidate to spend up to 75% of their time traveling to accounts and REOs within their geographic areas.Candidates are expected to be on the road every day. Out of town overnight travel to the Nashville area will be occasionally necessary.Evening and weekend hours will be required.
