Retail Advertising Promotions Coordinator - Customer Service / Sales

Carter Incorporated is a leading provider of marketing and sales professionals in Knoxville, Tennessee. Our clients have experienced tremendous growth and expansion with our marketing team leading them. We are currently hiring a full time Retail Advertising Promotions Professional. No experience in advertising or public relations needed. All new employees will participate in a customized training period that will suit their knowledge and experience.

The main focus of this entry-level advertising promotions position is to promote our clients brand names by developing and  supporting field marketing programs. You will work closely with other Brand Marketing  Specialists, and corporate marketing and sales organizations to support sales activities  and utilize your marketing expertise to help develop and execute marketing programs that will increase demand and drive revenue.  

Primary DutiesImpacts sales results by developing, supporting and executing field marketing andsegment activities.Executes Marketing campaigns and Plans Advertising promotions depending on expertise.  Works with various corporate/field marketing managers to determine appropriatecustomized programs and strategies for various market segments.Provides coordination and project management to ensure event success.  Publicizes event and works with Account Development to raise awareness and drivehigh levels of attendance and participation by targeted audience.
