Recruiting Coordinator or Recruiter at Shelbyville

Job Description

Provides a variety of complex and routine administrative and professional HR functions related to recruiting and placement.

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Conduct recruiting functions to include job postings, resume review, interviewing and selection to include job offer and maintenance of applicant tracking database.
  • Complete special projects related to recruitment and selection.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • ****Assist with scheduling, pre-screens, manage in- take meetings with managers, recruiting, paperwork, ATS Entry. **** 3 month temporary position

    WORKING CONDITIONS

    This work is performed in a general manufacturing and office environment.

    Job Requirements



    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Have a Bachelors Degree in related discipline with preferably 1+ years experience in related field. Will consider non-degreed with recruiting experience.
    • Some recruiting experience strongly preferred. Prefer experience recruiting for manufacturing settings but will consider others.
    • Have experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems,Powerpoint and Excel.
    • Have strong communication, administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects and programs.
    • Be able to pass all background checks and pre-employment tests, including any required drug test.
    • Be able to maintain the confidentiality of any information s/he encounters.
