Candidate must have complete understanding and experience in all TS16949 standardsCandidate must also have experience in manufacturing of metal components including forming,stamping,bending,welding,and spot weldingSupplier in automotive tier 1 and tier 2 industry specializing in Metal Stampings, Forming, and Welded AssembliesServes as Quality Management Representative for TS-16949 Create working lab standards and procedures Provides quality characteristics during product or process development to meet customer expectationsCoordinates development and maintenance of the Quality Manual and Quality System RequirementsDevelops a short and long term quality plan identifying objectives that address the highest priority elements of the quality systemIdentifies and analyzes total quality costs including prevention, appraisal, internal and external costs and for formulating actions plans to reduce these costsAdministers measuring equipment system Addresses and follows through with in-house and customer issues Audits vendors ongoing quality control systems and participates in quality review audits in our facility by our customersDirects workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials, equipment and productsCreates and directs environmental test functions Directs an ongoing Quality Training Program Provides support in solving production floor issuesJob Requirements
