Apply www.shoprentone.comThe Manager In Training (MIT) is directly responsible to her/his Regional Manager to learn all aspects of store management to include ensuring accurate store cash and inventory control, leading the credit team to control past due accounts in accordance with guidelines, directing the sales team to achieve revenue and profitability goals, properly merchandising and marketing the store, hiring and training employees, developing and coaching employees, and maintaining efficient and effective communications with the corporate office through proper administrative procedures.This position requires a candidate have previous sales and team leadership experience. Credit control experience is a plus. A successful candidate must agree to take any store within the region assigned.This full-time position offers medical, dental, vision and life insurance.
