We are currently seeking a Property Manager to join our team in our Nashville, Tennessee location.

Job Summary:

This role is primarily responsible for the oversight of Office and Retail buildings in the Nashville Area with a combined 1 million square feet. This role reports to the Executive Vice President of Operations and involves working with other members of the Executive team as well. The Property Manager provides comprehensive leadership and coordination for all property operational activities related to an assigned office property.

The function is to manage personnel, (engineers, administrators, etc.), vendors and contractors, enforce best practices, policies and procedures, and report on the effectiveness of the propertys operation in terms of its stated goals and objectives. General duties include building oversight and coordination with each operational component of the property, coordination with the leasing, accounting, client relations and construction functions related to the property. Provide enhanced operational excellence through leadership, coordination and communication that is consistent with division strategy and objectives.

Job Requirements

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors degree from a 4 year College or University or equivalent working experience
• Certified or Accredited Commercial Real Estate Management Certification preferred (CPM, RPA)
• Office property management level experience of a combined 5 years
• Excellent skill, knowledge, and leadership ability with regard to general property management and office property operations
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Mathematical and analytical skills
• Knowledge of tenant improvements preferred
