Job Requirements

Requirements:

· 4+ years’ experience with all phases of voicenetwork solutions

· Hands on experience and deep technicalunderstanding of Avaya technology

· Experience analyzing and troubleshooting IPtelephony issues

· Experience working with Media Processors, CLANs,IP Network Regions, and Media Gateways

· Familiarity with CMS, IEX, Right Fax, and Verint
