Job Classification: Direct Hire Aerotek is hiring Production Supervisors for our client in Knoxville. This position will be a permanent position and will start between $45,000-50,000 per year, plus full benefits. Candidates must have 3 years of production supervision experience and must be able to coach, lead and motivate general production workers in a manufacturing environment. Degree plus experience is preferred, but not required.
