Manager - Electronic/Building Automation at Murfreesboro

Job Description

The Manager Electronic/Building Automation Systems will manage employees and contractors engaged in the operation, maintenance testing and upgrading of fire alarm, fire protection, life safety systems, conveying systems, emergency generators and electronic access control systems for the entire MTSU campus. Direct the locating and data acquisition services for GIS/GPS system for the Facilities Services Department and perform other related tasks and special projects as assigned. Required to be on call 24/7.

Job Requirements

Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Facilities Management or a related field and three years of progressively responsible related work experience with automated building systems, systems design and/or operation and management required.  Five years of progressively responsible related work experience with automated building systems, systems design and/or operation and management preferred. EFP, CEFP APPA Certified preferred.
