Job Title: Facility Supervisor
Reports To: Site Manager
Summary
The Shift Supervisor directs all assigned personnel on the shift and is a hands on member of the team as needed to keep facilities maintenance and general labor standards in line with client management expectations. Supervisors direct the maintenance & repairs of the client facility and systems, and are responsible for the technical leadership of the Facility Maintenance team.
Duties and Responsibilities - (include, but are not limited to)
- Establish & maintain client relationship
- Communicate & enforce all Lee Company and Client safety policies and procedures
- Promote safety at all times and conduct weekly safety meetings
- Establish priorities and make work assignments based on client need
- Track completion of all Planned Maintenance to ensure adherence to contract and to maximize equipment uptime
- Develop Corrective Maintenance plan as required and present to Site Manager for approval
- Provide technical support to Facility Maintenance Technicians
- Provide hands on support to Facility Maintenance Technicians as needed
- Develop site specific maintenance programs and schedules based on industry best practices and cost effectiveness
- Supervise FM2 Refrigerant Management Program and ensure that all Facility Technicians practice safe and documented handling of refrigerants and other restricted or hazardous substances in accordance with local, state & federal law
- Communicate status of all systems and pending issues to oncoming Shift Supervisor at change of shift
- Responsible for training team members.
- Responsible for necessary reports and shift start up meetings to ensure continuity.

Education and/or Experience
High School diploma, GED, or equivalent and (5) five years experience leading a maintenance team in an industrial or manufacturing environment required.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Successful candidate should have a City of Chattanooga Journeyman Electrical License, or the ability to obtain within (6) six months of hire. Note: There are a total of (3) Shift Supervisor positions. At a minimum, at least one of the three must meet the Electrical License requirement.
Factory certification or working knowledge of Siemens Apogee Building Monitoring Systems and Schneider Electric (Square-D) Lighting and Power Management systems preferred.
Work Environment
