Disbursements Accountant at Franklin

Southland Constructors has an immediate need for a full-cycle accounts payable accountant.  The candidate will be managing all aspects of the company’s disbursement process.  The candidate must have construction experience and be able to handle high-volume, complex disbursements with a high level of accuracy. 

 

 

 

Duties include:

 

• Processing around 150 invoices per week with around 80-100 checks issued per week.
• Process cell phone reimbursements
• Prepare monthly mileage reports
• Account for all credit card reimbursements (28 employees)
• Systems skills:  construction accounting software experience (ideally Computer Ease), project management software (ideally PASKR), and strong Excel with pivots and lookup proficiency. 

 

 

 

Pay will range from $45-55k.  Flinch point is $60k.  Temp-to-perm or Perm.

 

 

Job Requirements

Must have construction experience.

• Full-cycle accounts payable experience
• Proven multi-tasking ability
• Previous construction accounting software
• Advanced Excel skills
