Account Manager II at Nashville

Job Description

The Emdeon Account Manager position is responsible for acting as the primary communication liaison on behalf of and between Emdeon and all contracted clients in an assigned region of Patient Billing and Payment Solutions (PBPS).

The role is to engage at contract signing, oversee implementation and maintain good client relationships. The AM will also act as the main avenue of contact in procuring additional Emdeon PBPS solutions; manage daily team and workflow priorities in a way that meets or exceeds client expectations, Emdeon business goals, ensures delivery deadlines are met within an acceptable time frame and promotes extraordinary customer relations.

Develop and maintain solid client relationships to drive future decisions and business opportunities through proactive outreach, Business Reviews, White-board sessions, and product demos.
Advise, consult and assist in development of target clients short and long term growth needs.
Complete a summary of site visit or Business Review to designated recipients and post it in Siebel
Engage with sales at or prior to contract signature for new clients to establish customer expectations related to the implementation and Emdeon partnership
Coordinate the enrollment process for new clients, as outlined by management, to validate enrollment information, confirm solutions and validate expected volumes
Contract and enroll add-on services, as outlined by management, to validate enrollment information, confirm solutions and validate expected volumes.
Manage regional workflow to ensure a successful transition between sales, implementation and support, deliver on all client expectations to meet target dates for service requests, drive extraordinary customer satisfaction and work with the regional team to add clients as references
Provide input and information that will assist the RFP team as needed related to clients within the assigned region
Be a point of escalation to provide proactive response and intervention in client issues, projects, and opportunities as needed to provide desired outcomes
Provide and maintain effective communications with the Sales RVPs and Sales Account Executives. Join RVP team calls as appropriate
Maintain integrity of Siebel data. Look to coordinate source of truth with Sales Force
Attend HFMA/AAHAM conventions as appropriate
Provide input and feedback to the Product team
Work closely with Operations Management to make them aware of coaching and HR needs
Manage travel costs and client entertainment expenditures efficiently

Job Requirements

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years experience as an Account Manager or similar role, with emphasis on client accounts within the eServices or print & mail industry
Willingness to travel nationwide up to 40%
Proven ability to establish credibility and relationships at the director level or above
Good interpersonal skills and must possess the ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal forms
Must be detail oriented and organized with the ability to multi-task and work independently
